- Staff Accountant:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations of the bank, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and period-end close processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, an understanding of bank operational accounting (including debits and credits), and a proactive mindset toward process improvement and efficiency.
