Your Deposits Can Fuel Community Development
Keep your large cash balances secure and support community growth.
The Advancing Communities TogetherSM, or ACTSM, Deposit Program, aims to bolster funding for community lending. By placing deposits in the program, socially responsible investors can access multi-million-dollar FDIC insurance, working directly with a single bank — ours! — all while helping multiple community development financial institution (CDFI) banks and minority depository institution (MDI) banks support underserved communities.
The ACT Deposit Program is a special program within IntraFi's ICS® service that was developed in cooperation with the Community Development Bankers Association (CDBA) and National Bankers Association (NBA). ICS is a smart, convenient deposit placement service used to make large deposits over $250,000 eligible for FDIC insurance at multiple IntraFi network banks.
Note: A list identifying IntraFi network banks appears at https://www.intrafi.com/network-banks. Certain conditions must be satisfied for “pass-through” FDIC deposit insurance coverage to apply
A Mission-Critical Initiative
Deposits made into the ACT Deposit Program can provide banks with the funding to make loans. Loans made by institutions like ours may include those for critical initiatives, like producing affordable housing, financing small businesses, creating jobs, and expanding neighborhood facilities that provide much-needed services for families with low incomes.
