The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority. In response to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases, effective December 14, 2020 our lobby will be open by appointment only.
We encourage you to complete transactions at the drive-up window during normal business hours. Our ATMs, online, mobile, and telephone banking services continue to be available 24/7. Use these services to conveniently to pay bills, make check deposits, transfer funds, or check your balance.
Certain transactions which require lobby access may be completed by scheduling an appointment in advance. Please call us at 203-285-6490 or 203-285-6485 to schedule an appointment.
What to Expect if entering our lobby after scheduling an appointment:
To enter our lobby, customers will be greeted by a New Haven Bank employee, who will complete identity verification and wellness procedures:
- Face Masks must be worn while in the lobby at all times.
- Photo Identification will be required. You will be asked to lower your mask briefly.
- Temperature screening is optional but highly suggested.
We are following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance to make sure our lobby remains clean and safe. In addition to floor markings used for social distancing, you may notice some other safeguards such as plexiglass shields at all customer service desks.
